This policy describes what information we process to support POZ Academy's learning platform.

What types of information do we collect?
In order to offer a learning platform, we must process information about you. The types of information we collect depend on how you use our products. You can find out how to access and delete information we collect by contacting POZ Academy via

We collect content, communications and other information that you provide when you use our products, including when you register your account, open and participate in course content and what tests you have passed. This may include information about the content of the courses you are attending. It may also include what you see through the features we provide, such as which courses you are attending and which ones have been completed.

Your activity.
We collect information about how you use our products, such as the type of content / courses you watch or interact with, functions you use, actions you perform; people or accounts you interact with; as well as time, frequency and duration of your activities. For example, we log when you use and were last logged in to our products, as well as which posts and other content you look at in our products. We also collect network and connection information such as name, language, time zone, IP address and data from cookies that are stored when you use our products.

How do we use this information?
We use that information only to fulfill our commitments to our customers, and to provide information that is requested about which courses and educations have been completed and when. We use the information we have about you only to verify accounts and activities.

How is this information shared?

Your information is only shared with POZ Academy's clients / customers.

If the ownership of or control over all or part of our products or resources changes, we may transfer the information about you to the new owner.

Share with external partners.
We do not distribute information to external partners. We do not sell, and will never sell, any of your information to anyone.

How can you exercise your rights under the GDPR?
According to the general data protection regulation, you have the right to access, correct, export and delete your data.

Data storage and Disabling and deleting an account.

We store information until it is no longer necessary to provide our services or until your account is deleted. 

When you delete your account, we will delete information about your courses and which courses you have completed, and you will not be able to restore that information later. If you do not want to delete your account but want to temporarily stop using the products, you can deactivate the account instead. If you want to delete or deactivate your account, you can send an email to at any time and request that the account be deleted or deactivated.
